We strive to be the best in what we do and hope that you do too! This is strictly voluntary and anonymous. Whether you wish to disclose your name and information or not, we will address the suggestion(s) at the next parent meeting. If for some reason we can not help in finding the answer to your questions, we will strive to figure them out: providing you feedback as soon as we can. If applicable, present the suggestion(s) at a parents meeting!
