Hi Dolphins,

There is a 5k on the morning of May 21st.  Register between 7 and 7:30 at Abrams that morning or preregister online (click  here) or at the gym.  There will be no practice that morning and wear team shirt if you can. All swimmers encouraged to participate. free.
